10. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods
You must tell us about any damage, faults or incorrect Goods as soon as is reasonably possible and we will offer you a replacement, repair or refund. Where reasonably possible you should inspect the goods at the time of delivery and any obvious damage to the packaging or Goods should be notified to the delivery driver recorded on the driver's delivery documentation. 11. Returning or Exchanging Goods Within Seven Days (Distance Selling Regulations)

Once the Goods have been returned to us we will inspect them, and may use a video camera to record the inspection process, & contact you to discuss our findings. You will be liable for shipping in both directions in this case. Where a return or exchange of Goods has been mutually agreed between both parties, it is in your interests to return the goods via good quality professional delivery service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) with insurance to protect you against damage or loss to goods in transit.

12. Returning or Exchanging Goods Outside The Seven Days
After the initial seven day period has expired please contact www.bodyslimultra.com to discuss possible returns. Where a return or exchange of Goods has been mutually agreed between both parties, it is in your interests to return the goods via good quality professional delivery service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) with insurance to protect you against damage or loss to goods in transit, you will be liable for shipping in both directions in this case.

The company will accept cancellations and will offer a full refund on any order which has not been shipped, except for special order items, which must be cancelled within 24 hours by email or telephone.
