In most cases orders received before 3pm on a working day will be packed and shipped that day. Otherwise we expect to ship them on the next working day.
Although we carry extensive stock, in the rare occasion where we may run out of an ordered item, we will contact you upon receipt of order and inform you of estimated delivery time.
For standard delivery we use the Royal Mail system. This usually results in 1-2 working day delivery. Combined orders or orders that weigh more than 10kg may be sent by alternative courier to arrive the next day.
Returns Policy
Subject to Conditions, you can return any unused goods to us for a full refund. Refunds are entirely at our discretion, and any used/opened products will be refunded at our discretion and on a per item basis.
You must return the product to us unused and with the original documentation (as sent with each parcel) to the following address:

You must provide written confirmation of your order number and an explanation of the reason for return. Delivery costs of returning any product will be payable by you, unless due to error on our part. We will credit your credit card promptly or issue a refund once the Product(s) has/have been inspected and deemed complete and in good condition by us.
